You will see the Return Request details pre-filled by the buyer.
Depending on your return policy, you can approve or cancel the request. After your decision, you can send an eBay message or e-mail to the buyer about their RA # and the return address, or why you denied the return request.
You can simply click the ‘Send Message’ button to send an eBay message to your customer. If the buyer respond your message, the comments will be shown in the list and My eBay Message as well.

When you approve the return request, you can click ‘Yes’ on the RA Decision, enter the Invoice Printed Date, and add any memo to the request. Click on save when you are finished. If you issue return postage or a label, click ‘Yes’ on
‘E-Return issued’ before saving.
