We proudly provide PhiConnect Insurance for any lost or damaged packages shipped by our PhiConnect Solutions or any other solutions. Here is how you can use them.

1) If you are using any of our solutions,
    Your insurance information will be managed and you will be billed every week through your admin tool

2) If you are using other solution,
    You can either fax or e-mail your insurance information with declared value to us every week.

To claim, you can send our claim form from you admin tool to your customer and let them either e-mail or fax to us to start claims.

PhiConnect Domestic Shipping Insurance

You can insure your packages up to $2,500 with us while USPS insures up to $500 for eBay items, (see USPS site: Online option to file your claims for domestic insurance purchased through Click-N-Ship or eBay up to $500.)

Coverage Rules - List and descriptions of items CAN NOT be covered by using PhiConnect Insurance

Fraud Policy - We do our best to eliminate shipping insurance fraud.

Tips:

1. When you print labels from Paypal, make sure you don't pay them insurance again since you have insurance coverage with us.

2. PhiConnect Insurance is enabled by default. If you like to discontinue the insurance, you must contact us in writing.

3. To claim, have your customer download our claim forms and either fax to us at 562-946-8590.
